2. Description of Service

MantleKit provides a software product (source code) delivered as a digital download. The product is a NextJS boilerplate and starter kit sold under various licence tiers.

3. Licence

Upon purchase, MantleKit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the source code according to the tier you purchased:

• Personal Licence (Landing, Starter, Pro): Use for your own projects only. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicence the source code.
• Commercial Licence (Agency): Use for unlimited client projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicence the source code itself.

4. Payment

All purchases are one-time payments processed via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

5. Refund Policy

MantleKit offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The source code, design, documentation, and branding of MantleKit are the intellectual property of MantleKit. Your licence grants usage rights only, not ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

MantleKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall MantleKit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
